Manaslu base camp trekking is one of the most popular restricted trekking trail in Nepal. Manaslu base camp trek offers stunning Himalayan views of Mt. Mount Manaslu 8163m known as “Mountain of the Spirit” lies west of Kathmandu and east of the Annapurna Region. Manaslu base camp trek is restricted trekking trail and opened for trekking only in 1992 and Manaslu base camp trekking is relatively virgin with less beaten paths in comparison to the more popular regions of the Annapurna trekking and Everest trekking trail. Minimum two person required to obtain Manaslu trekking permit through Legal government registered trekking agency of Nepal. Manaslu base camp treks is a strenuous challenging trekking destination of Nepal so physical fitness required.

Manaslu Base camp trek start from Gorkha Arughat bazaar after 6-7 hours drive from Kathmandu. Beyond the Larke Pass, the trail gradually descends to Bhimthang at 3720m then descends into the dense forests of the Marsyangdi River, crossing onto the Annapurna Circuit trekking trail that leads down to Ngadi Bazaar and Bhulbule for the bus ride back to Kathmandu. Manaslu region is still one of the finest and least crowded areas in which to explore the high Himalaya whilst meeting its peoples across a variety of cultures. Manaslu Base camp Trekking Itinerary :

Day 01: Arrival in kathmandu 1334m, Himalaya Journey Treks & Expedition’s representative will transfer to hotel , Manaslu trekking briefing with officially arrangements. overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 02: After breakfast, our tour guide will take to you for historical monuments sightseeing around kathmandu valley such as Bhkatapur, pasupatinath, Boudhhanath, kathmandu durbar square & Swaymbhunath(monkey temple) and prepare for the Manaslu trekking because this day is required to make Manaslu trekking permit with original passport. Overnight at kathmandu.

Day 03: Kathmandu by private vehicle/ bus drive to Gorkha Bazaar.

Day 04: Gorkaha bazaar trek to Khanchok

Day 05: Khanchok to Arughat

Day 06: Arughat to Soti khola

Day 07: Soti khola to Machhakhola

Day 08: Machhakhola to Doban

Day 09: Doban to Jagat
